Before sending your print job to Impact Digital please make sure you have completed our file safety checklist:

1 CMYK colours

Make sure all placed files and artwork is setup as CMYK colour files.

2 Bleed

Please ensure there is 3mm bleed around all artwork.

3 Accepted files

High resolution PDF is our preferred file format. We also accept: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Quark Xpress, Microsoft Word.

4 Fonts

Fonts must be fully embedded in the PDF or included with the digital file.

5 Distiller settings

Make sure you have the Impact Digital distiller settings installed.

6 Delivering files

We prefer email or Impact express. Non PDF files must either be ‘zipped’ for PC, or ‘stuffed’ for Mac.

7 Proof

Always supply proof which clearly illustrates folding, imposition and any other special instructions. This proof can be either a PDF or a laser print.
